Basically, you will get all your member info into an excel file and then I’ll do a special upload that will put all the info up at once. Then you can clean up any problems… The directory function on the website is designed to be your ultimate source of member info. Thus, it can be updated by you or other staff from anywhere as updates are gathered. Then, when you get ready to do a mail-out or print a church directory, you use the website as the source, paste it into Word, format if necessary and then print. |
